Summer Self-Care

We absorb everything we see and contemplate different ways to offer solutions. We would even call our Girl-friend to join the chat. We are constantly finding solutions at home, and often believe that we can fix the world’s problem. That means we make time for others, we fix other people’s problem. People come to us as if we are licensed therapist. When will we say No? When will we require others to respect our time? When will we put our needs and wants on the schedule, or part of our to do list?

I want to be completely honest with you. I am a natural hair sister that hate hair washing days. The process takes way too long and it’s a lot of work. If you are natural, then you will understand. Although I hate wash days, it is a process that I have to do and so do you. We may as well use good quality products.

Self care is definitely need during the pandemic. Women jungle multiple hats and often times loses self in the mix. Giving your self time to love and fill thyself is beautiful. Besides, it benefits every one around you.
